Audrey Ganitopoulos
Program Manager
After spending 20 years working in the world of Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies, I am thrilled to join the Helping Horse community as Program Manager. I am a PATH Int’l Certified Therapeutic Riding and Interactive Vaulting Instructor and hold a BS degree in Animal Science from NC State University. I am excited to bring my management experience from two other therapeutic riding centers to Helping Horse and am looking forward to collaborating on the scope of the program’s impact. In my spare time, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and two teenage sons, fixing up and chasing chickens, dogs, a cat and (hopefully soon!) goats around our mini-farmlet in Clayton.

Riding has helped Kate respond faster and talk loud enough for the horses to hear commands like "walk on!" Each week she meets her horse, Del, at the gate and is ready to ride. Helping Horse really is an awe-inspiring program.
